Ordering
1. Shopping basket
- To add items to your Shopping Basket, simply click on "Add to cart" of the item you wish to buy.
- To remove an item, go to ”My Cart” and click on ”Remove Item” (trash can) and click "Update Shopping Cart" to see your new total.
- To change the quantity of items, change the number in the field "Qty" and click "Update Shopping Cart" to see your new total.

2. Log in
- Log in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password. If you can't remember your password, use the ”Forgot your password” feature.
- If you are a new customer and have not shopped with us before, you have two options. Create an account or checkout as a guest. To sign up you click ”Create an account” and fill out the form. To check out as a guest go to the Checkout and choose ”Check out as a guest” and follow the instructions.
3. Shipping Address
Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. And double check that everything is correctly spelled. It is especially important that the e-mail address is correct as we otherwise are not able to send you order details.
4. Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal.
5. Order Confirmation
Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses.
Within an hour, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the order. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order. You will know that your order has been placed once you receive an order confirmation number.
We will process and ship your order within 24 hours. When we ship your order, you'll receive a second e-mail containing tracking information and additional order data.
6. Track shipment
